I find stories a powerful communication tool and over the years built a quite substantial archive of them. This site had its genesis in that archive. Since I found the stories so useful I thought others might too.
I know what it’s like to go to illustration websites and waste time trolling through hundreds of outdated statistics and unusable anecdotes. To prevent that from happening here I have included only stories that I feel are genuinely engaging. The goal is quality rather than quantity.
So feel free to use these stories in your sermons. I trust they will prove a blessing to you and your hearers.
Throughout I have always endeavoured to abide by copyright law. If you would like to use one of the stories in the form you find it on this website for something other than a sermon, speech, church/school/community group newsletter, please visit the copyright page for more information.
